Architect

HOTSON Architecture Inc. is an architectural firm based in Vancouver, BC. Formed in 2013 and led by Kai Hotson, we are a full-service design firm of 10 talented architects and designers. The small-scale team enables Kai to oversee each project attentively with his involvement from beginning to end.

Experienced in a wide range of project types including retail, interiors, housing, community buildings, feasibility studies, and master planning, HOTSON Architecture consistently seeks economic, environmental, and social sustainability solutions that make sense – we mine projects to uncover new sources of value for our clients.

Interior Design

Cynthia Florano Design is a professional interior designer with a focus on multi-family residential developments and commercial design. The combined design experience has spanned over 20 years from award-winning wood frame townhomes, contemporary low-rise condos to sleek high-rises throughout Metro Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam and Langley. For these projects to reach its full potential, a collaborative effort with the developer, architect, construction and marketing teams ensures an exceptional end result. Design inspiration for each project is unique which produces spaces that are creative, thoughtful and timeless.

Founded in 2016, NatPark Creative specializes in developing and executing strategic and memorable brands for development projects.
